Construction of Constitutive and Cold-inducible Plant Expression Vector of CBF1 Gene

摘要: 为研究冷诱导转录因子CBF1(C-repeat-binding-factor)基因对我国优良豆科牧草--苜蓿的抗寒性的改良作用,试验从拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)中利用PCR方法分离了CBFI基因及其启动子,分别构建了CaMV 3S启动子和来源于拟南芥的CBFI启动子驱动的农杆菌介导的植物转化表达载体,为下一步研究利用CBF1基因改良苜蓿抗逆性奠定了基础.

Abstract: To improve the cold resistance in China alfalfa, gene of CBF1 transcription factor and its promoter were isolated from Arabido psis thaliana by PCR method. Twovectors for CBF1 expression in plant were constructed, one is in2 ducible which is driven by CBF1 promoter, another is constitutive which is driven by CaMV 35S promoter. This lay the foundation for improve the cold resistance in by transgenic transformation.
