番茄红粉病致病病原的鉴定及其培养特性研究

摘要: 对天津地区新发病害番茄红粉病的致病病原进行鉴定,并研究了不同培养基、温度和酸碱性对该菌生长速率和产孢量的影响,结果表明,造成天津地区番茄红粉病的致病病原为粉红单端孢(Trichothecium roseum (Bull。)Link);番茄红粉病菌菌丝伸长速度以在玉米粉琼脂培养基、V8蔬菜汁培养基、燕麦片培养基、马铃薯蔗糖培养基和黑麦培养基上最快;产孢量以玉米粉琼脂培养基和孟加拉红培养基最多;15~25℃为菌丝生长最适温度,产孢最适温度为20~30℃;粉红单端孢喜好中等偏酸性条件,但有较强耐受碱性环境能力,菌丝伸长和孢子着生以pH 5~9较为适宜。

Abstract: In this paper,the pathogeny of tomatopink-mold rot,a new disease appearing on tomato in Tianjin,was identified toTrichothecium roseum(Bull)Link.And the effects of medium nutrients,temperature and pH value on the mycelium growth and conidial yield ofTrichothecium roseumwere also studied.The results showed that the mycelia of Trichothecium roseum grew rapidly at the culture of corn meal agar,V-8 vegetable juice agar,oat meal agar,potato glucoseagar and rye powder infusion medium.The conidial yield ofTrichothecium roseumwas higher at the culture of corn meal agar and rose bengal agar.The mycelium growth of Trichothecium roseum was favourable at the temperature 15-25℃,while the conidial was suitable at 20-30 ℃ and the suitable pH value was 5-9
