摘要： 用旋毛虫基因重组抗原(TSRA)建立了诊断猪旋毛虫病的快速ELISA诊断试剂盒.用TSRA和旋毛虫肌幼虫排泄-分泌抗原(ES)分别对12份人工感染旋毛虫病猪血清进行快速ELISA检测,阳性率为100%.在猪旋毛虫病发病区随机采集103份血清和肉样,分别用TSRA和ES作抗原对血清进行快速ELISA检测,结果显示,它们与肌肉消化法的诊断符合率分别为95.12%和96.3%.研究证明,用TSRA组装的诊断试剂盒具有良好的灵敏性、特异性和重复性.

Abstract: An ELISA kit for rapid diagnosis of sw ine t richinosis w as set up. Tw o antigens, gene recombinant antigen(TSRA) and ES antigen, w ere respect ively used in the rapid ELISA to assay the blood samples of 12 pigs infected ex perimentally w ith T richinel la sp iral is , the posit ive rates w ith both ant igens were 100% . The serum and the meat samples of 103 pigs in an endemic regions w ere simultaneously collected and detected w ith TSRA and ES ant igens for a compared test of d-i gestive technique, the diagnost ic agreement rates w ere 95112% and 9613% , respect ively. It is shown that the kit is sensitive, specif ic and reproducible.
