2,5-二酮基-D-葡萄糖酸产生菌株发酵条件研究

摘要: 从腐烂苹果、青椒等材料分离得到一株葡萄糖酸杆菌(Gluconobacter sp.)A6可将葡萄糖转化为2,-二酮基-D-葡萄糖酸.该菌的发酵条件研究表明,在含质量浓度2%葡萄糖的玉米浆碳酸钙培养基中,28 ℃发酵7 d可生成2,-二酮基-D-葡萄糖酸钙172.0 mg/mL,转化率为摩尔比2.0.在耐糖性方面高于国内同类报道.

Abstract: St rain A6 (Gluconobacter sp. ) w hich can convert D-glucose to 2, 5-diketo-D-gluconate w as obtained f rom f ruit, vegetable and soil samples. Strain A6 accumulated 17210 mg of 2, 5-diketo-D-gluconate calcium in 1 mL culture containing 25% D-g lucose and 10% CaCO3(W/ V) af ter 7 days. cult ivation at 28 e , w ith a y ield of 52105 mol% . The glucose tolerance of this strain exceeds that of other strains reported in China.
