玉米自交系选型留雄保纯繁殖程序及群体遗传学分析

摘要: 把玉米自交系繁殖纳入回交群体模式,设计了玉米自交系选型留雄(确立轮回亲本群)保纯繁殖程序,在Mo17保纯繁殖实践中应用收到良好效果,优越性突出。运用群体遗传学原理,通过回交群体遗传分析,揭示了群体基因与基因型及其频率等参数取决于基因型的基因对数与世代数,总趋势是随世代的推移,逐步回归最终同一于其轮回亲本群的规律,对玉米自交系选型留雄保纯繁殖程序予以有力的理论支持。

Abstract: Performing the reproduction of maize inbred lines as backcross population model,the procedure of purifying and reproducing maize inbred lines by the paternal line was designed,and significant advantages has been proved in the production of Mo 17.The genetic analysis of backcross population based on the laws of population genetics shows that the parameters of population genes ,genotypes and its frequency were determined by gene pairs and generations of genotypes.These parameters generally tend to gradually become the same as those of its recurrent parent,after the transition of several generations.These result may provide strong support to the procedure of purifying and reproducing the inbred lines of maize by its paternel lines.
