甘蓝型单、双低油菜细胞质雄性不育杂种产量及有关性状的优势分析

Studies on Heterosis for Yield and Its Related Traits in Single and Double Low Cytoplasmic Male Sterile Hybrid of Brassica napus.

摘要: 对9个甘蓝型单、双低油菜细胞质雄性不育(CMS)杂种的产量及有关性状的分析表明,杂种的产量优势明显,组合间差异较大。全株总有效角果数不仅优势明显,而且与单株产量之间具有显著的正相关关系,对单株产量的贡献最大。大多数性状存在程度不同的杂种优势,全株总有效角果数,单株产量、幼苗鲜重,幼苗干重的优势较强,可以作为杂种优势鉴定和杂交组合选择的主要性状。

Abstract: Nine single and double low CMS Brassica napes were used.The results ofhybrid heterosis for yield and its related traits indicated that:the yield heterosis of CMS B.napes hybrid was significant,but it showed a highly difference among the crosses.The number of pods per plant had not only a significant heterosis,but also a significantly positive correlation to the yield per plant,which contributed highest for the yield per plant.Most oftraits had different heterosis.Significant heterosis were observed on the pods number perplant.Seed yield per plant,fresh and dry weight of young plant.These trait,could usedas the standards of identifying heterosis.
