Bioinformatics Analysis of ITGB1 Gene in Chicken

摘要:

利用生物信息学方法分析鸡ITGB1基因结构及其编码蛋白理化性质,结构位点及细胞定位等,旨在进一步探究该基因功能与潜在用途。同时从GenBank中下载鸡、鹅、鸭、火鸡、人、猪、兔、小鼠、大鼠、绵羊、黑猩猩11个物种的ITGB1基因CDS序列为材料,对该11个物种的ITGB1蛋白序列进行同源性和系统进化分析。结果表明,该基因CDS区长度为2 412 bp,共编码803个氨基酸,其相对分子质量为88 618.48,理论等电点为5.14;其是一个亲水性的稳定蛋白,有信号肽;蛋白二级结构上,含有162个α-螺旋, 459个无规则卷曲,182伸展条和一个跨膜结构。鸡ITGB1基因的编码蛋白经同源性比对,发现其与鹅、火鸡、鸭的ITGB1蛋白高度同源。利用生物信息学方法对ITGB1基因及其表达的蛋白进行研究,有助于理解该基因在鸡这一物种上的相关作用,为进一步开发利用鸡ITGB1基因进行禽业生产、禽病防控以及分子育种提供了参考依据。

Abstract:

In order to further explore the function and potential use of chicken ITGB1 gene,bioinformatics analysis method was used to analyze the structure of chicken ITGB1 gene and its encoding protein physicochemical properties,protein loci,protein structure and protein cell localization.At the same time,the ITGB1 gene CDS sequences of 11 species including chicken,goose,duck,turkey,human,pig,rabbit,mouse,rat,sheep and chimpanzee were downloaded from GenBank as materials,and the ITGB1 protein sequences of these 11 species were analyzed for homology and phylogeny.The results showed that the length of the coding region of the gene was 2 412 bp,encoding 803 amino acids.The molecular weight of the gene was 88 618.48,and the theoretical isoelectric point was 5.14.It was a hydrophilic stable protein with signal peptide.The secondary structure of the protein contains 162 α-helices,459 random curls,182 stretching strips and a transmembrane structure.Chicken ITGB1 gene was highly homologous with goose,turkey and duck ITGB1 protein by homology comparison.The study of ITGB1 gene and its expressed protein by bioinformatics method was helpful to understand the related role of ITGB1 gene in chicken,and provides a reference for further development and utilization of ITGB1 gene in poultry production,prevention and control of poultry diseases and molecular breeding.
