免疫亲和层析纯化类猪圆环病毒P1

Purification of Porcine Circovirus-like Agent Pl with Immuno-affinity Chromatography

摘要: 通过免疫亲和层析对类猪圆环病毒因子P1纯化进行了研究。采用环氧活化及NHS活化的琼脂糖凝胶,与兔抗P1表位肽抗体偶联,对P1进行了免疫亲和吸附,通过电镜技术证实获得了纯化病毒。结果表明,免疫亲和层析是有效的P1病毒纯化方法。

Abstract: This study deals mainly with porcine circovirus}ike agnet Pl antigen purified by immuno affinity chromatography. The purified Pl virus, which came from elution buffers from adsorption column coupled antill epitope-ontaining peptide antibody to either Epoxy}etivated agarose or NHS activated agarose,was confirmed by transmission electron microscopic observations. The study suggests that purified Pl antigen by immuno-ffinity chromatography is an effective way.
