摘要: 以储存1~5年的蕨菜孢子为试材,通过对萌发率、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及相对电导率等生理指标的测定,进行孢子活力研究。结果表明:萌发时间、电导率、MDA含量与萌发率呈负相关,CAT活性、POD活性与萌发率呈正相关;并且随着储存年限的增加,萌发率逐渐降低,萌发时间延长,CAT、POD活性降低,而电导率与MDA含量升高;当蕨菜孢子储存5年后已几乎丧失活力。

Abstract: Use saved 1 to 5 years bracken spores as test materials,to study the spores viability by measured the germination rate,catalase ( CAT) activity, peroxidase(POD) activity, malondialdehyde(MDA) content and relative conductivity and other physical indexes. The results showed that:germination time,relative conductivity, and MDA content were correlated negatively with germination rate,CAT activity, and POD activity were positively correlated with germination rate;and with storage times increased, germination rate decreased,germination time extended,CAT, POD activity decreased,while the relative conductivity and MDA content was increased;when the bracken spores storage of 5 years has been almost lost vitality.
