摘要: 选取野生型乌苏里貉、红褐色乌苏里貉和吉林白貉各3只为研究对象,利用克隆测序技术,得到长为276 bp的KIT基因第二外显子序列,分析其多态性及与其他物种的同源性。结果显示:红褐色乌苏里貉KIT基因第二外显子与犬、狐、家猫、虎鲸、野猪、马的同源性分别为97%,97%,92%,89%,87%,87%;对野生型乌苏里貉、红褐色乌苏里貉和吉林白貉KIT基因第二外显子序列进行对比分析发现,3种貉序列完全匹配,说明在此处未发生突变。

Abstract: In the experiment,3 wild Wusuli raccoon dog,3 reddish-brown Wusuli raccoon dog and 3 Jilin white raccoon dog from Qingdao Laixi breeding base was selected for research object. A sequence for 276 bp was cloned. The polymorphism and homology of the other species was analyzed. The results showed that the homologous rate in canis familiaris,vulpes,felis catus,orcinus orca,sus scrofa and equus caballus was 97%,97%,92%,89%,87%, 87%.The exon 2 of KIT gene were high conservation in the three kinds of raccoon dog,and no mutation was found.
