甜樱桃花芽形态分化敏感期的研究

Study on Sensitive Period of Floral Bud Morphological Differentiation in Sweet Cherry

摘要: 以甜樱桃品种红灯(Prunus avium L. var. Hongdeng)为试验材料,研究了甜樱桃花芽形态分化阶段对高温的敏感时期。结果表明:甜樱桃花芽分化对夏季高温的敏感时期是萼片原基和花瓣原基分化期。在高温各处理中,翌年双雌蕊发生率显著高于其他各处理的时间,正是萼片原基和花瓣原基大量分化的时期,其双雌蕊发生率可以达到26.6%。此外各个高温处理的双雌蕊率均高于对照。

Abstract: The study taken sweet cherry hongdeng(Prunus avium.L.var.Hongdeng)as the materials,researched sensitive period of sweet cherries bud form in high temperature.The reasults showed that,the sensitive period of Sweet cherry floral bud differentiation in summer was Sepal primordia and Petal primordia.In high temperature treatments,double pistil in the following year was higher than other proceduces,just for Sepal primordia and Petal primordia,double pistil rate could reach 26.6%.Besides,each double pistil rate by high temperature treatment was higher than the control rate.
