21日龄猪瘟疫苗首次免疫前后仔猪抗体水平变化

Changes of Antibody Level in Piglets after the First Vaccination with Class Swine Fever on Day of 21 after Birth

摘要: 利用竞争ELISA方法对317头仔猪21日龄猪瘟疫苗首次免疫前(20日龄)和免疫后(35和38日龄)的血清猪瘟抗体水平(阻断率)检测发现,不同日龄和不同母猪的仔猪其猪瘟抗体水平有极显著差异(P<0.01),在母猪与日龄间也存在极显著的互作效应,主要表现为不同母猪的仔猪其抗体水平在不同日龄的变化趋势不同并且与20日龄的猪瘟抗体水平(变化范围为0.039~0.897)有关。当20日龄的猪瘟抗体水平≤0.102时,35日龄和38日龄的猪瘟抗体水平持续增加,当20日龄的猪瘟抗体水平介于0.102~0.411时,35日龄和38日龄所测的猪瘟抗体水平是先降低后增加,当20日龄的猪瘟抗体水平大于等于0.412时,35日龄和38日龄所测的猪瘟抗体水平持续降低。这一结果表明,对于阻断率小于0.4的仔猪,注射疫苗后,可以启动仔猪的主动免疫,20日龄首次免疫是合适的;而对于阻断率大于0.4的仔猪,此时注射疫苗非但不能使仔猪启动免疫应答产生猪瘟抗体,反而使仔猪体内的母源抗体被中和,从而易感染猪瘟病毒,应适当推迟首次免疫时间。

Abstract: An experiment was performed using 317 piglets to investigate the changes of antibody level before(day 20) and after(day 35 and 38) vaccination with classical swine fever(CSF) vaccine on day 21 after birth.The results showed that the antibody levels of piglets of different ages and different dams were significantly different(P 0.01).There was strong interaction between ages and sows.The change pattern between ages differed in piglets of different sows and was dependent on the antibody level on day 20(range from 0.039-0.897 in different dam families).Piglets with antibody level on day 20(0.102 had their antibody level steady increased on day 35 and 38.Piglets with antibody level on day 20 between 0.102 and 0.411 had their antibody level decreased on day 35 and then increased on day 38.Piglets with antibody level on day 20(0.412 had their antibody level steady decreased on day 35 and 38.These results suggest that for piglets with antibody level lower than 0.4 vaccination can enhance their initiative immune ability,while for those with antibody level higher than 0.4 vaccination would reduce their initiative immune ability because the vaccine would be balanced out by the existing antibody and therefore it is suitable to delay their first immunization.
