摘要: 采用人工气候箱水培试验,研究了不同浓度Na2CO3+NaHCO3处理对杂草稻幼苗生长、根系特性和渗透调节物质的影响。结果表明,随Na2CO3+NaHCO3胁迫浓度的增加,3个试验材料苗高、生物量积累、主根长、根系总长度、根系表面积和根系体积均降低,根系总吸收面积和活性吸收面积减小,且降幅均为越光>长白9号>WR03-12。参试材料脯氨酸含量随Na2CO3+NaHCO3浓度增加呈上升趋势,WR03-12脯氨酸积累量远远小于越光和长白9号。3个材料游离氨基酸、可溶性糖含量变化趋势存在较大差异。WR03-12可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量呈增加趋势,且增幅逐渐增大。长白9号可溶性糖含量、游离氨基酸含量先急剧增大后增幅趋于平缓。越光游离氨基酸随Na2CO3+NaHCO3胁迫浓度增加先急剧增大后增幅趋于平缓,可溶性糖含量呈增加趋势,且增幅逐步增大。

Abstract: Based on water culture, the effects of the Na2CO3+ NaHCO3stress on growth, root characters and osmoregulation substances of seedling were studied. The results showed that, the height,biomass accumulation, the total root length, the root volume, the total surface area, the total absorption area, the active absorption area of all materials decreased,with concentrations of Na2CO3+ NaHCO3increasing. The trends of the decreasing range was the similar. Kosihihikari >Changbai9 >WR03-12. The trends of the increasing range of proline content was Kosihihikari >Changbai9 >WR03-12. The trends of the increasing range of ainonitmgen content and soluble sugar of all materials was different. The ainonitmgen and soluble sugar content in WR03-12 increased,and the trends of the increasing range was gradually increasing. The content of Changbai9 had a sharp increase at first,while the trends of the increasing range was gently latter. The trends of the increasing range of Changbai9 was identical with the ainonitmgen content of Kosihihikari. The ainonitmgen and soluble sugar content of Kosihihikari increased,and the trends of the increasing range was gradually increasing.
