我国不同来源DDGS鸡代谢能的研究

摘要: 本试验研究了不同来源DDGS的鸡代谢能,为DDGS鸡营养价值评定提供依据。试验选用45只(2.6±0.2)kg的健康成年海兰褐蛋种公鸡,采用2×9不完全拉丁方设计,随机分为9组,进行2期代谢试验,每组5个重复,每个重复1只鸡,用绝食法测定了我国8个不同来源DDGS(A~H)的代谢能。结果表明:DDGS的鸡AME范围为8.06~11.03MJ/kg,DDGS的总能、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和鸡干物质表观消化率与鸡TME呈高度相关。试验表明,同一厂家不同批次DDGS的鸡能量利用率变异性小于不同来源的DDGS;可通过测定DDGS的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量初步估测其鸡TME。

Abstract: The effect of metabolizable of Roosters in DDGS from Different Sources to provides the basis of nutritional value of poultry on DDGS. 45 Hyline brown adult roosters,average body weight(2. 6 0. 2) kg,were randomly allocated into 9 groups with 5 replicates per treatment in this experiment,A 2 × 9 Youden Square design was carried out for two periods metabolism experiment to determine the ME of 8 DDGS from different sources in China by starvation method. Results as follow: the range of the 8 DDGS AME is 8. 06-11. 03 MJ /kg,The apparent digestibility of GE,CP,EE and dry matter digestibility are in high correlation with TME. The results indicate that the variation of DDGS energy on Roosters in a plant but different batches is lower than different plants. The DDGS TME on Roosters can be estimated by determining their CP and EE.
