冀西北高原区高温胁迫对韭菜叶绿素荧光的影响

摘要: 为探究冀西北高原区温室韭菜对夏季高温的耐受力,以露地韭菜为对照,研究了高温胁迫对温室内韭菜叶绿素荧光参数的影响和不同生育阶段的韭菜对高温的敏感度.结果表明,在冀西北高原的夏季,高温胁迫导致温室内各生育阶段韭菜的Fv/Fm下降,但韭菜营养生长前期和抽薹期比营养生长旺盛期更易受到高温伤害,而且露地韭菜受到高温胁迫的程度远小于温室,在高温胁迫后Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo均能恢复到初始状态,各生育阶段的韭菜受到高温胁迫后均能得到恢复,韭菜能耐受短时间的高温.温室韭菜对高温胁迫的敏感度是营养生长前期>营养生长旺盛期>抽薹期.

Abstract: In order to probe into the heat-resisting ability of leek planted in greenhouse,an experiment was conducted to study the effect of high temperature stress on chlorophyll fluorescence parameter of leek in greenhouse and its sensitivity in different growing stage to high temperature with a control that is the leek planted in open field in the Zhangbei Experiment Station. The result showed that high temperature stress decreased Fv /Fm in each growing stage of leek in summer in Bashang Plateau in Hebei Province,and in the early stage of vegetative growth and bolting stage leek was injured more easily by high temperature than vigorous stage of vegetative growth. The leek in open was not sensitive to high temperature and could endure it for a short time and Fv /Fm,Fv /Fo after harming in each growing stage could recover to the initial value. For the leek in greenhouse,the early stage of vegetative was the most sensitive to high temperature,the second was the vigorous stage of vegetative growth,and the bolting state was the most insensitive.
