植物源叶面肥对大葱产量、品质及养分利用的影响

Effects of Botanical Foliar Fertilizers on the Yield, Quality and Nutrient Absorption of Zhangqiu Green Chinese Onion

摘要: 采用田间试验, 研究了以牛蒡提取液为溶剂、牛蒡寡糖或壳寡糖为主成分研制的植物源叶面肥对大葱产量、品质及养分利用的影响。结果表明:与习惯施肥相比, 叶面肥1(以牛蒡寡糖为主成分)、叶面肥2(以壳寡糖为主成分)和天达2116处理的产量分别增加10.47%, 7.88%和7.54%;硝酸盐含量分别降低10.96%, 9.47%和15.07%;叶面肥1处理的大葱Vc含量增加13.23%;叶面肥1、叶面肥2和天达2116的氮肥利用率分别提高2.31, 7.11, 2.75个百分点;叶面肥2和天达2116的磷肥利用率分别提高2.09, 3.50个百分点;钾肥利用率分别增加9.24, 0.28个百分点。综合各项指标看出, 叶面肥1在提高大葱产量和品质方面优于叶面肥2, 而叶面肥2在提高氮、磷、钾肥利用率方面优于叶面肥1。因此应进一步将两种主成分配合应用, 有望研制出能提高大葱产量、品质及肥料利用率的更优的大葱专用植物源叶面肥。

Abstract: The effect of botanical foliar fertilizers on the yield, quality and nutrient absorption of Zhangqiu green chinese onion was investigated by field experiment. Botanical foliar fertilizer 1 (FF1) was made of Burdock extracts and Burdock Oligosaccharide. Foliar fertilizer 2 (FF2) was made of Burdock extracts and Oligoehitosan. The results suggested that: Zhangqiu green chinese onion yield of FF1, FF2 and Tianda2116 (TD) were increased respectively by 10. 47%, 7.88% and 11.27% than customary fertilizer application(HF). Nitrate content of FF1, FF2 and TD were decreased by 10. 96%, 9. 47% and 15.07% respectively;Vc content of FF1 increased by 13.23% than that of HF;N recovery efficiency of FF1, FF2 and TD were increased by 2.31, 7. 11, 2. 75 percentage point respectively than that of HF;P2O5 recovery efficiency of FF2 and TD increased by 2.09 and 3.50 percentage point respectively than that of HF;K2O recovery efficiency of FF2 and TD increased by 9. 24 and 0.28 percentage point respectively than that of HF. All the results suggested that the Zhangqiu green chinese onion yield of FF1 was higher than that of FF2, the quality of FF1 was better than that of FF2, but the N, P2O5 and K2O recovery efficiency of FF2 were higher than that of FF1. So the botanical foliar fertilizer used for Zhangqiu green chinese onion should be made by Burdock extracts, Burdock Oligosaccharide and Oligoehitosan. It will not only increase the yield and quality of Zhangqiu green chinese onion, but also increase the N, P2O5 and K2O recovery efficiency.
