石蒜属植物再生体系与鳞茎花卉遗传转化体系研究进展

Progresses in Establishment of Lycoris Plants Regeneration and Genetic Transformation System

摘要: 石蒜属是我国重要的观赏植物资源, 其再生体系和遗传转化体系的建立对于解决种球繁育及种质创新难题具有重要意义。我国一些科研单位对石蒜属的组织培养进行了研究, 但目前尚未建立成熟高效的再生体系, 石蒜属的遗传转化也鲜有研究报道。本研究综述了我国近年来有关石蒜属植物组织培养的研究进展, 主要包括外植体选择与处理、培养基激素配比与培养条件, 以及再生体系建立可能遇到的问题。最后, 概述了百合、水仙等鳞茎类花卉的转基因研究现状, 以期为今后的石蒜遗传转化研究工作提供借鉴。

Abstract: The establishment of Lycoris regeneration and genetic transformation system is significant to solve the breeding problems. Some research institutions have studied on it for long. However, none mature and effective plant regeneration or transformation system was established. This paper summarizes the progresses on tissue culture of Lycoris, including the types and treatments of explants of L. aurea, L. radiate, L. albiflora, and L. squamigera, et al, and the optimal combination of medium as well as culture condition. Moreover, this article also briefs the transgenic status of other flower bulbs, which can be referenced in the future study of Lycoris.
