干旱胁迫下胶质苜蓿苗期生理生化特性的研究

Physiological and Biochemical Study on Medicago Glutinosa at Seedling Stage under Drought Stress

摘要: 研究了水分胁迫下抗旱性不同的胶质苜蓿苗期生理生化特征的变化及其相互关系。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的加重,叶片的相对电导率、丙二醛含量(MDA)、水分饱和亏缺(WSD)、脯氨酸含量(Pro)、可溶性糖含量(WSS)均有明显增加,其含量的变化与胶质苜蓿抗旱性密切相关,抗旱性强的材料Pro、WSS积累强度大于抗旱性弱的材料,电导率、MDA含量和WSD含量变化则是抗旱性弱的大于抗旱性强的材料;而相对含水量和叶水势均呈下降的趋势,抗旱性强的材料相对含水量下降幅度小于抗旱性弱的材料,叶水势变化趋势则与之相反。

Abstract: A study on the physiological??biochemical changes of different Medicago glutinosa materials under drought stress was carried out. The results showed that RWC, MDA, WSD, Pro and WSS were increased obviously with the in??crease of drought stress. Different accumulation contents were correlated with drought resistance ability of Medicago gluti??nosa,WSS and Pro of the variety with better drought resistance ability was more than that of the weaker ones, while rela??tive electric conduct ivity, MDA, WSD of the variety with better drought resistance ability was less than that of the weakerones, while the increase of cell membrane injury led to the variety with better drought resistance ability was less than thatof the weaker ones. RWC and water potent ial represent descendant trend. RWC of the variety with better drought resis??tance ability was less than that of the weaker ones, while the leaf water potential was reverse.
