摘要： 对疑似为患有绵羊肺炎支原体的刚死病羊无菌采取病料,经直接培养与间接培养后分离到可疑绵羊肺炎支原体。然后对培养生长的支原体分别进行形态学观察、各种生化试验、血清学试验以及药物敏感性试验,最后确诊为绵羊支原体肺炎,并分离得到绵羊肺炎支原体。

Abstract: In the environment where have no germ, pathological material was collected from the sheep may be died in Mycoplasma Ovipneumonia(MO). The pathogeny was isolated from the sheep of severe symptoms and developed in direct method and indirect method.Then the culture was researched by serology, susceptivity of medication, conformation and various biochemistry. All the results were positive and showed the pathogenywas MO. The morphology, characteristic and property of the MO were generalized.
