利用杂交种转育大白菜核基因雄性不育系的研究

Study on Transfer of the Male Sterile Line in Chinese Cabbage by Using Hybrid Seed

摘要: 利用杂交种绿星58的不育株作不育源,以大白菜核基因雄性不育复等位基因遗传假说为依据,转育新的核基因雄性不育系,以解决有些育种单位获得不育源难及具有100%不育株率的大白菜核基因型雄性不育系转育难的问题。采用常规有性杂交、回交和自交方法,育成了含有待转育亲本C1-4遗传基因的雄性不育系A2及其相应的甲型两用系AB2和临时保持系B2,并对它们及亲本C1-4和绿星58进行农艺性状鉴定和病害调查。结果表明,新育成的核不育系、两用系和临时保持系的株高、株幅、叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、叶球高和叶球粗等的平均值和变异系数以及病情指数均接近于C1-4,而叶球毛重和叶球净重等的平均值和变异系数均接近于绿星58。

Abstract: The hybrid seed Luxing58 was used as a source of male sterility in order to solve the difficulty that some departments who were doing researches on the transfer of genetic male sterile lines in Chinese cabbage couldn′t get the genetic male sterile lines and the breeding problem of the multiple allele male sterile line which possessed 100% male sterile plants in Chinese cabbage.A new male sterile line,a new AB line Type1 and its corresponding temporary maintainer line of C1-4 was obtained based on the heredity hypothesis of nucleolus compound allele of Chinese cabbage and the method of crossing,backcross,selfing.Compared with agronomic characters and the disease index of them and their parents.They were similar to C1-4 in the disease index and the average values and variation coefficients of plant height,angular divergence,leaf length,leaf width,petiole length,leaf head height,diameter of leaf head,and to Luxing58 in gross weight of leaf head and net weight of leaf head.
