双亲籼粳分化程度对两系杂交稻生育期及株高的影响

摘要: 用45个籼粳特异探针对来自美国、非洲、中国、日本、韩国等地的58个品种进行RFLP分析,明确其籼粳分化程度。研究了双亲籼粳分化差异与生育期杂种优势及株高杂种优势的关系。结果表明,双亲籼粳分化差异与生育期杂种优势无明显的相关关系,而与株高杂种优势间的相关关系达到了显著水平。

Abstract: RFLP markers were used to study the relationship between indica-japonica differentia-tion and heterosis of growth period and plant height. The results of 58 varieties from America, Africa, China, Japan, Korea by 45 indica-japonica differentiating probes indicated that indica-japonica differentiation had no obvious relationship with heterosis of growth period, but correlated significantly with heterosis of plant height.
