茄子空间诱变后的变异分析

Variation Analysis after Space Mutation on Eggplant

摘要: 以卫星搭载的长茄种子及其经系谱选育获得的3个优良变异株系为材料,通过种子发芽试验及RAPD分子标记技术分析检测了茄子空间诱变后代发生的变异情况。种子发芽试验表明,空间诱变对茄子种子发芽出苗影响较大,抑制了诱变种子的萌发,推测太空环境抑制了种子活力和生长势。3个优良变异株系的RAPD标记以及聚类分析结果均表明,太空环境使茄子种质在DNA水平上发生了变异,其中优良变异株系9301A-3与对照种的相似系数最小,差异最大;9301A-1与对照种的相似系数最大,差异最小。

Abstract: The space flight mutation effects on eggplant seeds and three eggplant lines obtained by space mutation and traditional breeding selection were studied using seed germination test and RAPD markers. The resultsshowed that space flight had obviously inhibited the seed germination in eggplant variation lines. By RAPD markersand cluster analysis, three eggplant lines had apparent variation compared with the original species on DNA level.9301 A - 3 had the minimum similarity coefficient and the largest difference compared to the control material9301 A; But 9301 A-1 had the largest similarity coefficient and the smallest difference compared to the 9301 A.
