华南型黄瓜维生素C含量的遗传分析

Genetic Analysis of VitaminC Content of The South China Type Cucumber

摘要: 探讨筛选组合(Ma7×W15)维生素C(Vc)含量的遗传机制。以相对低维生素c含量的自交系Ma7(P1)和相对高维生素C含量的自交系W15(P2)为亲本,构建6个世代群体材料,利用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型多世代联合分析方法分析华南型黄瓜中维生素C含量的遗传机制。结果表明,维生素C含量的最适遗传模型为一对加性主基因+加性-显性多基因混合遗传模型。在分离世代中主基因遗传率在B1、B2、和F2群体中分别为47.47%,36.34%,52.59%;多基因的遗传率分别为18.47%,0,21.63%;环境方差占表型方差的范围为25.78%~63.66%,环境对维生素C含量的遗传有较大的影响,说明在黄瓜维生素C含量的遗传体系中,微效多基因具有重要作用,这一性状适于高代选择。

Abstract: The research discussed the genetic mechanism of vitamin C (Vc) content in combination test Ma7 × W15. The materials were inbred lines( Ma7,W15 ),in which Ma7 (P1)was relatively low levels of vitamin C line and W15 (P2) relatively high vitamin C content line,by applying the joint segregation analysis of a mixed genetic model of major gene plus poiy-gene in six generations to study the genetic mechanism of vitamin C content. The results of analysis suggested that the optimum model of vitamin C was a pair of additive major genes plus additive-dominant pol- ygenes mixed inheritance model,in B1, B2and F2populations,the estimated heritability of major genes was 47.47%, 36.34%,52.59%, respectively. The heritability of poly-genes was 18.47%, 0 and 21.63%, respectively. The range of environmental variance in phenotypic variance was 25.78% - 63.66%, the environment factors had a greater role in genetic of vitamin C of cucumber. Results demonstrated that polygenes had played an important role in determining the vitamin C content in curcumber,and it would be more efficient to conduct selection in hight gen- eration for the trait.
