摘要: 果树病害对果品生产危害严重,长期以来科技工作者们致力于植物抗病机制研究并利用育种方法进行品种改良,以提高果树抗病能力。本文综述了近年来国内外学者在植物物理结构特征与抗病性的关系以及化学抗菌物质与抗病性的关系等方面研究,回顾了果树在抗病育种方面所取得的研究成果,论述了转基因技术在果树抗病育种中的应用,以期为今后果树抗病育种研究提供参考。

Abstract: The affection of diseases is a seriously problem in the fruit production.In order to increase the ability of the disease resistance in fruit trees,the scientists have been working on the understanding of the mechanism of disease resistance and the breeding program for a long time.This paper reviewed the relationships between physical structure characteristics and disease resistance as well as the relationships between chemic antibacterial matter and disease resistance,and the achievements of breeding and the application of gene transformation in fruit trees,which could be a reference to the further study of the breeding of disease resistance in fruit trees.
