小麦抗黄矮病材料产量性状遗传分析

摘要: 利用3个抗黄矮病材料作母本, 个丰产性品种作父本, 采用3×不完全双列杂交, 分析F1产量性状的遗传特性, 结果表明:产量性状的遗传符合加性-显性遗传模型, 以加性基因效应起主导作用;在所有亲本材料中, R96330单株产量的特殊配合力方差最大, 一般配合力效应值也最高, 后代组合中存在极显著差异, 是一个优良的抗病丰产亲本, 在抗病育种中具有较大利用价值.

Abstract: Using three BYDV resistant wheat materials as female and four high-yield varieties as male parents, through 3×4 non complete diallel, the genetic characteristics of yield trait of F1 were analyzed. The results showed that the heredity of yield trait was additive-dominant model, in which additive effect was dominant. Among all the materials, R96330 has the biggest variance of specific combining ability, the highest effect of general combining ability, and dominant difference among its offspring, so it was a good anti-disease parent and valuable for breeding of the BYDV resistance.
