Gene Effect and Genetic Variation of Main Agronomic Characters in Feeding Maize

摘要: 采用世代均数分析法研究了2个饲用玉米杂交组合的P1,P2,F1,F2和B1,B26个世代材料的8个性状的遗传表达特点。结果表明,世代间有显著差异,8个性状中加性效应是世代间遗传变异的主要因子,其遗传贡献率在 60%以上,因而,可以对这些性状进行直接选择。显性效应和上位性效应在大多数性状中达到了显著和极显著水平, 并且,遗传贡献率在10%以上,只因性状和试材不同,非加性效应的重要程度有一定差异,但其遗传变异的作用是不可忽视的。

Abstract: Generation mean analysis was used in eight agronomic characters associated with P1,P2,F1,F2 and B1,B2 from two feeding maize hybrid combination. The results showed that difference was significant in the six generations above. The genetic contribution rate of additive effect was more than 60%.These characters can be selected directly. For dominant effect and epistatic effect,the difference was also significant. Their heritability was more than 10%. Non-additive effect differed with different traits and materials.
