桃果实采后不同包装处理的贮藏效果及其生化机制

摘要: 试验结果表明,在2℃~4℃贮藏温度下,与对照(不包装)、聚乙烯塑料薄膜(PE)包装相比,聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜(PVC)包装能较好地保持果实的硬度及其风味,可溶性固形物含量、褐变度、丙二醛(MDA)含量和多酚氧化酶的活性较低,而超氧化物歧化酶活性较高。在贮藏前期,不同包装的果实中,酚类物质含量及过氧化物酶活性低于对照,而贮藏后期却高于对照。总体看来,PVC包装处理有利于桃果实的低温贮藏。

Abstract: Different package treatments on peach f ruit s(Amygdalus persica cv.Okubao)were carried outfor invest ig ating their sto rage ef fects w hen sto red in low temperature.The result s show ed that compared withcont rol(non-package)and polyethy lene film(PE,w hite and g reen,0.03mm)package,polyvinyl chloride film(PVC,0.03mm)package treatment could keep hig her f ruit firmness and better flavor for a longer time,had lowerTSS content,brow ning degree,MDA content and PPO activity,but higher SOD activity.The to tal phenolicscontent and POD activity were also lower at earlier storage,but higher at later sto rage in packing fruit s thancont rol.It indicated that PVC package was favo rable for cold storage.
