摘要: 一类真菌的谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)对铵(NH4+)的亲合力高,转GDH基因植物有着明显提高氮肥利用率的效能。从对转GDH基因棉花第1代观察研究的初步结果可以看出,其对棉花生长发育及产量形成有一定促进作用,对纤维品质提高也有某些良好效应。

Abstract: Transgenic cotton harbouring glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH) gene from fungus, which shows high affinity for NH4+, increased utilization ratio of ni trogen fertilizer. Investigation of T1 generation cotton plants indicated that GDH transgene s timulated the growth and development of cotton plants, improved lint yield as well as fiber quality.
