摘要: 对冀棉18号F1和F2花铃期的SOD和POD活性及生理生化机制进行了研究.结果表明,冀棉18号F1和F2花铃期的同化量明显高于对照种中棉12,并且光合产物主要运输到蕾铃等生殖器官上;F1和F2的SOD活性差异不明显,并与亲本和对照相近;F1的POD活性略高于F2,二者均明显高于对照.

Abstract: This paper examined the SOD and POD activity and physiological and biochemical mechanism in F1 and F2 of jimian No. 18. The result showed that the assimilation rates of the F1 and F2 generations were significantly higher than that of Zhongmian 12, and the major photosynthesis products were allocated to the reproduction organs. SOD activity in F1 and F2 of Jianmian No. 18 showed similar, which was also close to that of their parents and the ck. However, POD act ivity in F1 had higher than in F2, both F1 and F2 had significantly higher than the ck.
