家蚕杂种优势与血液酯酶同工酶谱的分析

摘要: 采用垂直不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶薄层电泳(PAGE),对家蚕血液酯酶同工酶进行了大量的调查。结果表明,双亲酶谱的差异越大,其杂种出现互补酶带和杂种酶带的机会越多,此类杂种具有较强杂种优势的可能性也较大。因此,应用PAGE进行家蚕血液酯酶同工酶谱的分析,作为筛选家蚕杂交优势较强的组合亲本和早期预测杂种优势,对缩短家蚕育种周期起着重要的作用。

Abstract: With vertial,discontinuous isoelectric focusing electrophoresis,the hemolymph esterose of silkworm was widely investigated.The result showed that the more different it was between parents,the more opertanities of heterosis esterase occured,and the heterosis had more possibilities.This method is very important to select the heterosis parents,forecast the heterosis,and shorten the period of silkworm breeding.
