青花菜耐贮性鉴定方法和标准

摘要: 对不同温度、不同包装方式青花菜耐贮性进行试验。结果表明,以4℃,0.03mm聚乙烯膜包装的不见光条件,适合青花菜的贮藏,供试的3个品种表现出了耐贮性的差异。提出了以花蕾黄化指数作为耐贮性鉴定的指标,以该指数≥33时的贮藏期作为测试品种的适贮期。

Abstract: This experiment was carried out on broccoli storage durability under different temperatures and packages storing conditions.The results showed that 4℃,0.03mm PE package and dark conditions were optimal for broccoli storage.There were differences in storage durability among 3 tested cultivars.The flower bud yellowing index was determined as the standard for appraising the broccoli storage durability.The days when the flower bud yellowing index is more than or equal to 33 were the proper duration for the storage of the tested cultivars.
