春夏季播种条件下大豆主要农艺性状遗传差异表现

摘要: 以14个早熟大豆品种(系)为材料在山西省中部汾阳市春夏分期播种条件下,研究各主要农艺性状在春夏不同播种季节环境下的差异反应。结果表明,春季播种条件下除产量、病毒粒率低于夏播外,其余性状均高于夏播;各性状的变异系数大于夏播;单株粒数、单株荚数、百粒重、分枝数,主茎节数5个性状与产量达显着或极显着相关,而夏播只有单株粒数、单株荚数、分枝数3个性状与产量达极显着或显着相关。初步探讨了产生遗传变异差异的原因及春夏分期播种条件下性状的选择,为早熟大豆育种在不同环境条件下的选择提供依据。

Abstract: Fourteen early maturing soybean varieties were used to study the differential of the main agronomic characters of soybean in spring and summer at Fenyang,Shanxi province.The results showed that under the spring planting conditions most characters were higher and the PCV of various characters was greater.Under spring planting conditions,the correlations between yield and number of seeds per plant,number of pods per plant,100 seeds Wt,number of branches,number of nodes per main stem were more or most significant.Under summer planting conditions,the correlations between yield and number of seeds per plant,number of pods per plant,number of branches were more or most significant.This paper analysed the reasons of genetic variation and the character seletion under spring and summer planting coditions,which provided the basis for early maturing soybean breeding under different conditions.
