陆稻抗旱性主要指标的研究

摘要: 在大田栽培水分亏缺条件下,对3个陆稻品种的部分抗旱指标进行了测定,分析在正常供水与水分胁迫两种条件下的生理反应差异,从而对其抗旱性鉴定进行了探讨。结果表明,水分胁迫下的叶片游离脯氨酸含量,可溶性糖含量,叶细胞膜透性,组织相对含水量,离体叶片失水百分率,根冠比等都可作为陆稻抗旱性鉴定指标,并应用以上指标采取模糊隶属法对3个品种的抗旱性进行了综合评价,合江5号属全期弱抗品种,东陆1号为全期中抗品种,推广1号属前期中抗,后期弱抗品种。

Abstract: The drought resistant index of land rice varieties DongluTuiguang 1 andHejiang 5) under the condition of water deficit in field cultivation was determined, the physio-logical reaction of these varieties in water stress was analysed, and their drought resistance was studied. The content of free proline and soluble sugar of leaves, membrane permeabilityof leaves cells, relative water content of tissue, lost water ratio of isolated leaves androot-shoot ratio can act as drought resistant index of land rice under water stress. These in-dexes can be used to comprehensively appraise drought resistance of these varieties bysubordinative fuzzy function.Hejiang 5 is a weak resistant variety in. all period, Donglu 1 is astrong resistant variety in all,period and Tuiguang 1 is a strong resistant variety in pre-periodand is a weak resistant variety in post-period.
