黄瓜品种对霜霉病的抗性机理

摘要: 对13个抗病性不同的黄瓜品种抗、感霜霉病生理生化特性的研究结果表明,品种间对霜霉病的抗性强弱与叶内的叶绿素含量、糖分含量和过氧化氢酶活性呈正相关。幼苗接种经同工酶分析结果表明,抗病品种增加两条新的过氧化物酶同工酶谱带,感病品种仅增加一条。

Abstract: The experimental results showed that the resistance of cucumber varieties to downy mildew displayed positive correlation with chlorophyll content, sugar content and the catalase activity in the leaves.The inocula-tion results of seedlings showed that the resistant varieties increased 2 bands of peroxidase isozyme, but the susceptible varieties increased only 1 band.
