摘要: 比较研究了La3+、Ce3+和Ca2+对马铃薯菌株的超微结构影响.结果表明,在维持细胞膜的完整性和细胞壁的结构整体上,证实Ca2+为必不可缺少的元素,而La3+或Ce3+则在一定时间范围内有代替Ca2+的作用.

Abstract: The effects of La3+,Ce3+and Caz+on the ultrastracture of potato sprouts were comparetively studied.The results showed that calcium was the essential element to maintaining the integrity of cell membrane and the structure integral of cell wall and La3+ or Ce3+ could substitude Ca3+ for the effects within a range of time.
