低温下玉米不同耐冷类型自交系的生理生化变化

摘要: 玉米自交系黄化幼苗在2℃低温处理过程中总蛋白减少,可溶性蛋白增加,过氧化氢积累,过氧化氢酶活力提高,过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱增多.耐冷性强的自交系比耐冷性弱的自交系总蛋白含量高,可溶性蛋白和过氧化氢含量低,过氧化氨酶活力高,过氧化物酶同工酶数量多.

Abstract: During low temperature treatment at there were decrease of total protein, increase of water soluble protein, accumulation of hydrogen peroxide, rise of catalase activity and increase of constitutive isoenzyme component bands of peroxidase in yellowish seedlings of maize inbreds. The cold resistant inbred line had more total protein,less water soluble protein and hyd ogen peroxide, higher catalase activity and more constitutive isoenzyme bands of peroxidase than cold sensitive inbred line.
