放线菌菌株Ys.03的分离筛选及其抗病毒作用初步研究

摘要: 从土壤中采集样品,采用平板稀释分离法对采集的样品进行分离、纯化培养,获得形态特征各有差异的放线菌菌株306株,通过室内活体拮抗试验表明,有107个菌株有稳定的拮抗作用,将具有拮抗作用的放线菌菌株进行摇瓶发酵,利用发酵液进行抗病毒作用的初选及复筛,结果表明,放线菌菌株Ys.03发酵液不仅可以在体外钝化病毒,而且对烟草花叶病毒病的保护作用和治疗作用都非常显著。

Abstract: 306 Actinomyces strains were isolated from soil samples and 107 strains were proved to be antagonistic to indicator bacterium(Bacillus cerea)by agarblock rational screening method.The strain Ys.03, whose fermentation contains inhibitor to plant virus was obtained.The antibiotic produced by the strain was proved to be able to prevent and cure tobacco mosaci virus diseases.
