聚乙二醇造成的水分胁迫对水稻根系生长的影响

Effects of Polyethylene Glycol Induced Water Stress on Root Growth of Rice

摘要: 为分析根系特征与水稻适应水分胁迫的关系,以水稻(Oryza sativa L.)品种金优402为研究材料,用营养液培养方法,研究聚乙二醇(PEG)造成的水分胁迫对植物根系生长的影响.结果表明,经PEG-6000 50 g.L处理5 d的植株,其根干质量和活跃吸收面积增加,直径变粗,鲜质量、相对含水量和根长下降.+PEG处理的根活跃吸收面积比对照平均高%,最多高47%.水分胁迫对根表面积和分形维数的影响比较复杂.水分胁迫前期根表面积下降,后期根表面积上升并超过对照.水分胁迫1 d后,根分形维数迅速上升并超过对照,水分胁迫5 d后又下降到对照以下,水分胁迫解除后,再次上升.根表面积与根干质量之间呈极显著正相关;根活跃吸收面积与根系相对含水量呈极显著正相关.

Abstract: A solution cultiva ion experiment was conducted to study the effects of water stress on root growth of rice(Oryza sativa L.) variety Jingyou 402 cultivated in water stress condit ion simulated with PEG 50 g/L.The results obtained were as follows:Root dry weight,root diameter and active absorption surface area increased,root fresh weight,relative water content,and length decreased in 5- days water stress.Root act ive absorption surface area of+ PEG treatment was on average 6%,and the highest 47% higher than control. It was complicated by the effects of water stress on root total surface areas and fractal dimension. Root total surface area declined during the prophase of water stress,then went up and exceeded that of the control.Root fractal dimension increased more rapidly than the control and dropped markedly on the 5 th day,and then,after water stress was lifted up,rose up quickly to levels close to the control.Root total surfacewas significantly correlated to root dry weight(r2= 0.9282) A significant correlation between root act ive absorption surface area and root relative water content( r2= 0.9512) were observed.
