摘要: 对野生蔬菜——地笋生育规律及产品(根状茎)的营养成分进行观测研究。结果表明:地笋根状茎萌发的最低10cm地温为3.5℃;出苗期的最适10cm地温范围为3.5~11.0℃;幼苗期的最适10cm地温范围为11.0~26.2℃;根据植株生长动态,可将其生育时期划分为出苗期(24d)、幼苗期(40d)、成株期(或为植株快速生长期)(50d)、根状茎膨大期(50d)和植株衰老期(30d);系统观测了地笋植株的植物学性状;测定了地笋根状茎的营养成分含量;用其直立茎和匍匐茎进行扦插繁殖,成活率均为100%。

Abstract: It was conducted that the nutrients and law of growth and development of wild vegetable-Disun(Lycopus lucidus Turcz) were observed.The result showed that the lowest temperature of 10cm soil while the seed of Disun can germinated was 3.5℃.The optimum temperature range of 10cm soil was 3.5-11.0℃ when the seedling emerge from the soil.The range of the optimum temperature of 10cm soil during small seedling stage was 11.0-26.2℃.According to seedling growing trends,it was recorganized that there are five periods of duration,e.g.emergement period of seedling(24d),small seedling period(40d),adult seedling period(50d),expending period in rhizome(50 d) and decrepit period of the plant(30d).The botanical character ristics of Disun(Lycopus lucidus Iurcz) were observed seriously.The nutrients of Disun were measured.Survival rate of seedlings were 100% when erect stem and stolen were used to reproduce.
