摘要： 根据河北省不同地区影响持续农业发展的资源环境方面的突出问题,提出了以防治土壤沙化、水土流失、提高水热资源利用率为主要目的的农田保护性耕作几大技术体系。河北省北部一熟区推广保护性耕作的目的应以防治土壤沙化退化为主;丘陵、坡地应以治理水土流失为主要目的推广保护性耕作技术;河北中南部平原两熟制地区推广保护性耕作的主要目的是提高水热资源的利用率。

Abstract: According to the regional problems in resources and environment that affect the development ofthe sustainble agriculture in Hebei Province,several conserv ation t illag e systems are put forward in this art iclefor desertification prevention,soil erosion control and the resources efficiency improvement. In the northern partof Hebei Province,w here one crop is planted,The main object ive of adopt ing conservation t illag e should be desertification prevention. For the upland or slope land erea,the main purpose for conservation t illage ex tension isto control the soil erosion. In the middle and southern part of Hebei Province,w here two crops are planted annually.the main object ive of extending conservation t illage is to improve the ef ficiency of w ater,sunlight andheat resources.
