枯草芽孢杆菌B—903抗菌物质产生条件及部分特性的研究

The Studies on the Characteristic and Production Condition of Antibiotic Substances from Bacillus subtils B-903 Strain

摘要: 枯草芽孢杆菌B-903菌株是从郑州果园中筛选出的,它代谢产生的抗菌物质对多种植物病原菌具有强抑制作用。通过对其抗菌物质产生条件的研究认为,在NYDA培养液中,培养液初始pH值为7时,最有利于抗菌物质的产生;振荡培养112h,培养滤波的抑菌活性可达最大值;不同初始接菌量对抗菌物质的产生时间影响不大;在250ml三角瓶中,随装液量减少,培养液抑菌活性有增大趋势;大米粉和豆饼粉是最适合产生抗菌物质的碳、氮源;调节培养滤液pH值至4为抑菌活性物质最简便的保存方法,振荡培养112h的培养滤液的最低抑菌浓度为稀释2318倍。

Abstract: Antagonistic substances which are strong antagonistic to variou plant pathology fungi can be produced by Bacillus subtilis B-903 strain seperated from apple orchard of zhengzhou.The experiment showed that cultured this bacteria on rotary shaker for 112 hours in NYDA medium and the antifungi activity of cultural filtrate reached the highest value.The pH7 of medium was the most suitable for production of antifungi substances.The production of antifungi substances varied with medium volue in 250 ml coned flastic.The rice powder and beau cake powder was the most suitable carbon source and nitrogen source respectively.Acidifing the cultural filtrate to pH4 was the best method for its storing.The minimum inhibition density of cultural filtrate to Fasarium vasinfectum is 1/2318 (cultural filtrate/medium).
