摘要： 1975年，于本院亚麻试验田里发现一株不育油用亚麻，经鉴定是一株无花粉型的、细胞质正常的、受一个显性雄性不育单基因（Ms）控制的天然突变体，在我国尚系首次发现。它的花为淡紫色、种皮近似白色。不育株与可育株杂交后，F₁代分离出来的不育株与可育株的比例为1：1；其中可育株自交后代育性不分离；不育株的育性分离没有中间类型，不是全育，就是全不育。这种核不育亚麻是进行亚麻育种的良好杂交材料。

Abstract: In 1975,I found a sterile Flax at the Inner Mongolia Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The Flax is a natural mutant which with normal cytoplasm but without pollen,and controlled by a dominant single-gene of male sterility.It is discovered in China for the first time.The flower colour is pale purple,seed vessel colour is approximately to white.The proportion of sterile Flax to fertile one is 1:1 at first filial generation (F1) after crossing sterile Flax with fertile one.The fertility of the filial generation does not separate after selfing but that of sterile Flax is either totally fertile or totally sterile .without intermediate type.The Flax with sterile nucleus is good material for breeding.
