摘要： 为研究与播前启动肥配套的播后不同施肥种类、施肥浓度及施肥频率对结球甘蓝幼苗生长发育及壮苗形成的影响,以结球甘蓝中甘11 品种为试材,通过测定茎粗、全株干质量等形态指标及叶绿素含量、根系活力等生理指标,筛选出结球甘蓝穴盘育苗播后灌溉施肥较优处理为:子叶平展~2片真叶平展时施肥浓度为N 25 mg/kg,2片真叶平展~4片真叶平展时施肥浓度为N 50 mg/kg,4片真叶平展~6片真叶平展时施肥浓度为N 75 mg/kg,3个阶段施肥种类选用17-5-17复合肥,施肥频率均为每次施肥。结球甘蓝幼苗表现为壮苗指数增加、叶绿素含量升高和根系活力增强。说明培育结球甘蓝优质穴盘苗播后灌溉施肥应采用低浓度、多频次的施肥原则。

Abstract: The effects of different types,concentrations and frequencies of fertilization after sowing on growth and strong seedlings formation were studied with cabbage Zhonggan No.11 on the basis of adding start fertilizer,stem diameter,dry weight,chlorophyll content and root activity were determined.A better treatment for irrigation and fertilization after sowing of cabbage plug seedlings was that 17-5-17 fertilizer was used with 25 mg/kg N from cotyledon to two true leaf flat,17-5-17 fertilizer was used with 50 mg/kg N from two true leaf to four true leaf flat,17-5-17 fertilizer was used with 75 mg/kg N from four true leaf to six true leaf flat,frequency of fertilizing was each application.Strong index,chlorophyll content and root activity were higher than other treatments.It was proposed that low concentration and multiple frequency fertilization should be used to cultivate top quality cabbage plug seedlings.
