牛肌肉生长抑制素基因变异位点遗传共适应性分析

Analysis of Genetic Co}daptability in Variation Sites of Bovine Myostatin Gene

摘要: 对6个牛种的MSTN基因编码区全长序列进行PCR扩增和测序,分析各群体基因变异位点间的遗传共适应性特性。结果表明,在检测到的8个单个变异位点中,3个位点处于遗传不平衡状态,其余的均处于遗传平衡;处于遗传极不平衡状态的变异位点可能与杂合子的缺少或者缺失存在相关性。在共显性-共显性作用模式下,在雷琼牛和巴州牦牛MSTN基因编码区的部分组合变异位点间存在遗传共适应性,而且遗传共适应起主要作用,维持着位点间的遗传平衡状态。

Abstract: Complete coding sequences of myostatin gene were amplified by PCR and sequenced from six bovinespecies. Genetic co adaptability were analyzed basing on the detected variation sites. The results showed that totaleight single variation sites were detected and only three sites were in genetic disequilibrium while other sites were ingenetic equilibrium. There were relevancy between genetic disequilibrium sites and absent heterogosity or missing het-erogosity.In the codominanceodominance modelgenetic codaptability was observed on partial combination sites of11STN gene in Leiqiong cattle and Bazhou yak. Genetic co adaptability also played a key role in maintaining geneticequilibrium between two combination sites.
