槟榔叶片产量水平、生长年限、黄化病对叶片微量元素含量的影响

Effects of Yield Level,Growth Years and Yellow Leaf Disease on Trace Elements(Cu,Zn,B,Mo,Fe,Mn) of Arecanut Leaves

摘要: 以海南东中部正常结果与黄化槟榔叶片为试验材料,采用田间调查与实验室分析相结合,分析4个产量水平(高产组、中高产组、中产组、低产组)中4个生长年限(10,15,20,25年)正常结果与黄化槟榔叶片Cu、Zn、B、Mo、Fe、Mn含量变化。结果表明:黄化槟榔叶片Cu含量最高,比中产组和高产组的高,但差异不大,高产组的最低。低产组槟榔叶片Zn、B、Mo、Fe、Mn含量分别比高产组的低47.7%,22.5%,49.0%,40.8%,58.8%。黄化组槟榔叶片Zn、B、Mo、Fe、Mn含量比高产组分别低44.8%,30.6%,54.4%,50.9%,62.6%。而比低产量的低5.5%,10.4%,10.7%,17.0%,9.2%。高产组与中高产组槟榔叶片Cu含量随着生长年限有所降低,但差异不显著。中产组槟榔叶片Cu含量随着生长年限无直线变化规律。4个产量水平槟榔叶片Zn、Mn、Fe含量随着生长年限呈降低趋势,4个产量水平中不同生长年限槟榔叶片B、Mo含量差异不显著,其含量随着生长年限无明显直线变化趋势。结论:黄化槟榔叶片Cu含量较高,受生长年限影响不明显。槟榔产量水平、黄化病对叶片Zn、B、Mo、Fe、Mn含量的影响较大。高产组槟榔叶片Zn、B、Mo、Fe、Mn含量较高。带有黄化槟榔叶片Zn、B、Mo、Fe、Mn含量最低。槟榔生长年限对叶片Zn、Fe、Mn含量有一定影响。而对B、Mo含量变化无明显影响。

Abstract: "The normal arecanut leaves of Hainan and the ones with yellow leaf disease were chosen as the experimental materials.By combination of a field investigation and laboratory to analyze the content dynamic of trace elements(such as Cu,Zn,B,Mo,Fe,Mn)of the normal arecanut leaves of Hainan in different yield level and different growth years and the ones with yellow leaf disease.The results of study showed that the Cu content of the arecanut leaves in middle-high yield group(MHYG) was the lowest,and that of the arecanut leaves in low yield group(LYG) was the highest,and higher than those of middle and high yield group(MYG and HYG),but the difference among them was not significant.The Cu content of arecanut leaves with yellow leaf disease was high than those of the normal fruit-bearing arecanut.The Zn,B,Mo,Fe,Mn contents of the arecanut leaves in low yield group were 47.7%,22.5%,49.0%,40.8% and 58.8% lower than those of f the arecanut leaves in high yield group.The Zn B,Mo,Fe,Mn contents of the arecanut leaves with yellow leaf disease were lower than those of high yield group,with 44.8%,30.6%,54.4%,50.9%,and 62.6% decrease,respectively,and lower than those of low yield group,with 5.5%,10.4%,10.7%,17.0% and 9.2%,respectively.The Cu content of arecanut leaves in high yield group and middle-high yield group decreased with the growth years,but the difference between them was not significant,and the Cu content of leaves in middle yield group showed no a linear trend.The Zn,Mn,Fe contents of arecanut leaves in different yield group showed a decrease trend with the growth years,but had no significant difference.The B,Mo contents of arecanut leaves among different yield levels had no significant difference,and had no distinct linear change trend with the growth ages increasing. "
