摘要: 红树作为一种重要的耐盐植物, 为耐盐研究提供了重要的基因资源。本研究分别采用SDS、TR IZOL、CTAB等3种不同的方法进行了红树RNA提取, 经电泳分析、紫外吸收检测、cDNA合成等技术手段检测表明, 改进的CTAB法所提取的红树总RNA质量最好。

Abstract: The mangrove is an important salt-tolerance plant. In this research, three method for isolation of total RNA from the root of mangrove were done. The improved method of CTAB was verified to be the most efficient method through the way of the electrophoretic patterns of nucleic acids and absorbanee at 230, 260 and 280 nm in a UV-Vis spectrophotometer.
