盐胁迫下4个鸢尾属品种部分生理特性的研究

Physiological Trait Study of 4 Varieties of Iris L .under Salt Stress

摘要: 为了解鸢尾属品种的耐盐性差异及其在盐地的应用提供理论基础。选用4个鸢尾属品种盆栽苗作试验材料,向盆中施加NaCl溶液,使盆中土壤含盐量的质量分数达0,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%,测定盆土的日失水量、叶片的叶绿素含量、渗透调节物质含量及其SOD活性。随着盐处理浓度的增加,各品种的日失水量均下降,且浓度越高下降率越大。其他指标的变化规律大致表现为:随着盐浓度的增加,抗性强的品种先增后降;抗性弱的品种则持续下降。上述4个品种的耐盐性强弱为:Iris′Black Gamecock′和Iris sibirica′Coronation Anthem′的耐盐性强于Iris pumila′OrangeCaper′和Iris pumila′Petit Polka’。

Abstract: The study was done in order to understand the different salt resistance of the varieties in Iris L ., and togive a theoretical basis for the application of the varieties in saline land .The plant materials of this trial involved four cultivarsof Iris L ., and they were potted .NaCl solution was added into the potted soil,so that the levels of NaCl concentrationwere 0,0 .8 %, 1 .0 %, 1 .2 %。Physiological indexes,such as lost water per day,chlorophyll,osmotic adjustmentsubstances and SOD activity were measured .When the concentration of NaCl was increased,the lost water per day of allcultivars declined,and the higher the NaCl concentration,the bigger the decline ratio ;the rest indexes showed :differentcultivars changed differently,high salt tolerance cultivars raised first,declined then ;low resistance cultivars of salinity declinedall the time .Above all the cultivars,Iris ′Black Gamecock′and Iris sibirica ′Coronation Anthem′showed highersalt resistance than Iris pumila ′Orange Caper′and Iris pumila ′Petit Polka′.
