甜樱桃花芽分化过程中叶片氮代谢初步研究

摘要: 以甜樱桃品种雷尼为试材,通过测定甜樱桃不同类型果枝花芽分化过程中叶片氮素含量及氮代谢关键酶活性的动态变化,分析四类果枝花芽分化期间氮代谢与花芽分化进程的关系。结果表明,四种果枝花芽分化过程中叶片的氮代谢趋势基本一致。其中花束状果枝叶片的氮代谢较为旺盛。在花芽分化的各个时期中,花冠原基分化期叶片氮代谢最强。

Abstract: With Rainier sweet cherry as materials,the dynamic changes of nitrogen nutrition contents and related enzymeactivity of nitrogen metabolism in different fruit branches of sweet cherry during flower bud differentiation periodwere determinated,and the relations between nitrogen metabolism and flower bud differentiation process were analyzed.The main results showed that the trend of nitrogen metabolism in different fruit branches of sweet cherry during flower buddifferentiation period were similar,of which the nitrogen metabolism of leaves in cluster fruit spurwas vigorous and corollaprimordium differentiation period was the strongest period for nitrogen metabolism during flower bud differentiation process.
