摘要： 为获得可用于体细胞核移植中需要的供核细胞,本试验研究了大白猪仔猪(约克夏)皮肤成纤维细胞分离、培养、传代的方法,及其体外生长特征。应用本研究方法,所培养细胞在体外的生长增殖过程呈典型的"S"型。在冷冻、复苏试验中,组织块或细胞经冷冻保存复苏后活率较冻存前有所下降,但大多数细胞仍能正常生长。通过本方法,可以获得能在体外正常传代培养的细胞系,为动物克隆研究提供了供核细胞来源。

Abstract: In order to get donor cells for somatic cells nuclear transfer,The experiment researched that is separate skin flbroblast of Yorkshire and out -of -body grow characteristic of origin and subculturing.The growth curve of culture cell in vitro appeared “S” shape.The cell survival rate descended but most of them recovered after cryopreservation,We gained cell lines that can normally serial subcultive in vitro which offer cell resources for animal clone research.
