阿拉伯马染色体G带核型分析

摘要: 为了比较阿拉伯马与普通马的差异,利用培养的阿拉伯母马体细胞,制备和分析了其染色体组型.试验采用体外培养的阿拉伯马成纤维细胞,用常规染色体标本制作技术,制备了阿拉伯马染色体G带,并完成了染色体组型配对分析.结果显示阿拉伯马染色体数目为2n=4,包括31对常染色体和1对XX性染色体.其中1~13号染色体为中或亚中着丝粒染色体,14~31号染色体为端着丝粒染色体,X染色体则为第2对大亚中着丝粒染色体.G带核型显示阿拉伯马染色体G带明暗相间,每对染色体都有独特的带纹特征.本研究是首次在国内报道阿拉伯母马染色体G带特征.这将为阿拉伯马细胞遗传学研究和疾病诊断提供资料,也将为认识阿拉伯马与普通马的不同提供细胞水平的依据.

Abstract: Arabian horse iS the most beautiful and expensive horse in the word.In order to compare the difiero ences between Arab and domestic horse,adult somatic fibroblast cells of Arab horse were cultured,and the karyotyping has been analyzed by standard and G-banding technique.The characterization of G-banding karyotype of Arab horse was described.As a result,karyotype showed that the Arab horse has 64 chromosomes(2n=64)which including 31 pairs of autosomes and a pair of X sexchromosome for this female.The chromosome 1-13 is metacentric-submetacen· tric autosome;chromosome 14-3l is acrocentric autosome.Chromosome X is the second longest submetacentric chromosome.Karyotype of G-bands showed that every chromosome has the particular pattern with clear light and dark bands.This is the first report of G-banding karyotype of Arab horse in China.The karyotype generated in this study will provide the fundamental information for equine cytogeneties and diagnosis of genetic disease in Arab horses.It will also provide geneti information to recognize the differences between the Arab horse and the domestic horse.
